Dauphin Island Double Header!

Save the Date! Saturday, October 13th is the date for two great events on the Island.  The 2nd Annual Dauphin Island Art Trail followed by Seafood, Science and Celebrity 2012 at Dauphin Island Sea Lab!

On the Art Trail you’ll find works from 30 Local and Regional Artists spread around the Island at 9 different locations. There will be a “Treasure Hunt” to entice patrons to visit all Art Trail locations & have their Trail Map stamped to become eligible to win prizes.

The Martie Party is coming to Dauphin Island for this year’s Seafood, Science and Celebrity.  Alton Brown’s protégée and Food Network Star finalist Martie Duncan from Birmingham is hosting the event this year in her own unique style.  Martie has invited a few friends from around the state to help her with the event including several well-known chefs and American Idol Taylor Hicks.
