13th cruise on the coast of Bama on April 29 and 30 at the quay
Bama Coast Cruisin’ returns to The Wharf in Orange Beach April 29-30, with festivities starting at 9 a.m. each day. Open until 5 p.m. on Saturday, the event showcases 850 of the finest custom, modified and restored motor vehicles.
It ends at 4 p.m. Sunday with a police-escorted parade cruise of show cars leaving The Wharf and traveling east on Canal Rd., south on Hwy 161, east on Perdido Beach Blvd. to the Perdido Pass bridge and back to the wharf.
“Don’t miss this chance to see the most amazing vehicles ever seen on the Alabama Gulf Coast,” said Adam McLean, president of McLean Motorsports and founder of the event.
Bama Coast Cruisin’ is an open car show and welcomes all makes and models of specialist vehicles, custom, classics, street rods and hot rods, as well as vintage and original vehicles. Family-friendly and hugely popular with locals, tourists and car enthusiasts, the free event also features food trucks, vendors, a swap meet, music and internationally acclaimed master Von Hot Rod, who will be in his booth most show times. “This is the most unique automotive event the Alabama Gulf Coast has ever seen,” McLean said. “If an automobile is special to you, it is special to us.”
