Coaches can submit stats after their games on Friday nights or name players before noon every Saturday.

Voting is open until Wednesday morning. The winner will be announced Thursday on AL.com.

Here are this week’s picks:
Cole Blaylock, UMS-Wright: The elder had 237 all-purpose yards and scored all three of his team’s touchdowns in a 21-14 victory over rival St. Paul’s. He returned a 92-yard kickoff for a TD and rushed 26 times for 107 yards.
Brayden Jenkins, Theodore: Jenkins rushed for 125 yards on 12 carries to lead the Bobcat over rival Baker. He scored on a 50-yard run and added a 22-yard receiving touchdown.
KJ Lacey, Saraland: The second completed 23 of 33 passes for 266 yards in a 43-23 win at Daphne. He threw for two touchdowns and ran for another.
Nolan Phillips, Fairhope: Phillips returned a 75-yard interception for the game-winning touchdown as time expired as the Pirates stunned Spanish Fort 34-28.
Ronnie Royal III, Gulf Shores: Royal ran for 2 touchdowns and caught a touchdown pass as the Dolphins opened with a win over St. Michael. He finished with 94 rushing yards and 118 receiving yards.
Perry Thompson, Foley: Alabama‘s junior commitment caught 3 TD passes and finished with 122 receiving yards in his team’s loss at Prattville.
Michael Towner, Vigor: Towner, a defensive lineman by trade and the reigning 4A Lineman of the Year, scored the only TD of the game on a killer 5-yard run off the Wildcat lineup on a fourth-and-3 play. Wolves beat Blount 7-0 in the Battle of Prichard.
